Sister Jenny says she admires the Sri Lankans' "can-do" attitude and thinks the trips are not just about taking UK skills to their country. "We can learn a lot from them too," she says. " They have far less high-tec equipment than we are used to, but they are remarkabley resourceful and I am impressed with the improvements they make from year to year."
